  1. Asst Commercial Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities

  •   In charge of contracts department comprising of a team of Quantity Surveyors that oversees all contracts administration matters for all contruction projects in the company.
  •   It also includes tendering of new projects, liaison with clients, consultants, subcontractors, supplier and member of the company's professional team.
  •   Preparation of tender estimates for securing new construction projects for the company.
  •   Liaison with building professionals and client in relation to contractual matters.
  •   Supervision of contractual claims such as progress payments, variation, etc.
  •   Execution of contracts with subcontractors and supplier.
  •   Recommendation for award of subcontracts.
  •   Any other duties that may be assigned by the Directors of the company whenever deemed appropriate.

Job Requirements

  •   Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying from recognized universities.
  •   At least 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
  •   Proven managerial skill with good oral & wriiten communication skills.

  2. Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Responsibilities

  •   Overall full time at site to ensure overall phases of the project is effectively coordinated and organized.
  •   Lead and supervise site personnel. Achieves operational objectives by contributing and implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  •   Plan and supervise construction activities. Resolve site problems and streamline logistics arrangements.
  •   Prepare and generate detailed site daily reports on work done to Projec Manager for review before submission.
  •   Ensure the documented Quality and OH&S policies are effectively implemented, maintained and reviewed. Any discrepancies to be addressed immediately in consultation with the Construction Manager / Management Representative.
  •   Liaison with the client, consultant, suppliers (sub-contractors) and other relevant authorities on general management issues pertaining to the project.
  •   Ensure project planning / scheduling and purchase requisition schedule is established and maintained.
  •   Drive innovation and continuous improvement by resolving problems and instituting corrective and preventive actions and follow up audits.
  •   Ensure all claims (inclusive but not limited to Variation Order, Architect’s Instruction / Engineer’s Instruction, Site Instruction) are adequately substantiated by pertinent documentation prior to submission.
  •   Ensure monthly quality / safety statistics are computed and verified legitimate.
  •   Attend all management and safety (OH&S) meetings.
  •   Ensure ERP data integrity of project and timely GRN update of material delivery. Rectify any discrepancies with IT.

Job Requirements

  •   Degree / Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering discipline.
  •   Building Construction Safety Supervsior or CSCPM.
  •   Essential knowledge in local regulations and construction practices.
  •   Knowledge of the latest requirements from various authority/agencies.
  •   Experience in AutoCAD will be an advantage.
  •   Must have at least 3 years of post-graduate experience in project management and proven project site supervision skills.
  •   Able to supervise and coordinate tasks and drive teams independently.
  •   Ability to display initiative in execution of tasks in accordance with the standards and requirments and being pro-active in the delivery of tasks.
  •   Attention to details and good problem solving skills.

  3. Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

  •   Handle the full spectrum of project management and ensure that the overall phases of the project is effectively coordinated and organized.
  •   Lead a site Management team to complete the project on time and within budget.
  •   Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends;
  •   Ensure that the documented Quality and WHS policies are effectively implemented, maintained and reviewed. Enforce appropriate measures so as to comply with the required standard of safety in execution of tasks and any discrepancies are being addressed immediately.
  •   Drive innovation and continuous improvement by determining system improvements and implementing change.
  •   Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing a project budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  •   Liaise with the client, consultant, suppliers (sub-contractors) and other relevant authorities on management issues pertaining to the project.
  •   Prepare and present in Operation Monthly Review. Contribute to the interdepartment discussion and synergize resources.
  •   Ensure ERP data integrity of project and timely update of material delivery status.

Job Requirements

  •   Degree / Diploma in relevant Engineering/Science discipline.
  •   Must possess good oral and written English communications skill. IT knowledge, e.g., Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
  •   Must have at least 5 years of post-graduate experience in project management.
  •   Handle Projects independently and deal professionally in managing tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
  •   Ability to display initiative in execution of tasks and being pro-active in the delivery of tasks.

  4. Project Engineer

  •   Ensure project planning / scheduling and purchase requisition schedule is established and maintained.
  •   Ensure all claims (inclusive but not limited to Variation Order, Architect’s Instruction / Engineer’s Instruction, Site Instruction) are adequately substantiated by pertinent documentation prior to submission.
  •   Make strategies to convince client to accept all additional cost actually happened on site.

Job Requirements

  •   Candidate with Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity will be an added advantage.
  •   Must possess good oral and written English communications skill. Computer knowledge, e.g.,Powerpoint, Excel and Word. Experience in AutoCAD will be an advantage.
  •   Must have at least 3 years of post-graduate experience in project management and proven project site supervision skills.

  5. Piping Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  •   Perform piping design and pipe support design.                   
  •   Interpret and develop PFD & P&ID.                          
  •   Apply international standard and practises such as ASME, ANSI code.                         
  •   Perform pipe stress analysis  and surge analysis.                 
  •   Responsible for reviewing of piping/mechanical documents and specification from clients and consultants.                      
  •   Responsible for review and check of all piping/mechanical documents and drawings from vendors and suppliers.                   
  •   Prepare technical datasheet and specification.                    
  •   Co-ordinate with engineers of their disciplines within the department.                      
  •   Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors to resolve technical issue at site or in office.
  •   Lead and interface within inter-disciplines for all technical matters.

Job Requirements

  •   Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  •   Required skill(s):  AutoCAD, PDMS.
  •   At least 3 years or working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  •   Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering – Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent

  6. QAQC Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  •   Conduct project daily inspection, testing activities and documentation preparation.
  •   Preparation and documentation of method of statements, procedures, inspection and test plan, test packages, acceptance standards and QC forms.
  •   Carrying out stage inspection in line with ITP starting from Material Identification, Fit-up Inspection, Welding monitoring during and after welding. Dimensional check before and after welding, welding sequence on critical items and NDT.
  •   Conduct the WPS & PQR and Welders Qualification Test; and witness Qualification Test.
  •   Prepare inspection and testing reports for Mill Certificates, Tank Construction and Piping Test Package Preparation.
  •   Compilation of all test records and prepare Final Dossier
  •   Establish and manage the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control System as per established project quality plans.
  •   Implement and monitor continuous improvement activities to ensure that Quality Assurance of the projects meet established targets and standards. Carry out necessary training for the project staffs.
  •   Preparation of Quality Tender bid documents for Proposal department
  •   Liaise with Clients and Sub-contractor on all QA/QC related activities, meetings and relevant issues.

Job Requirements

  •   Diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field of studies
  •   A minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry
  •   Possess Welding inspector certificate (AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or CSWIP Certified Welding Inspector (3.1)
  •   NDT qualification ASNT level II PT, MT, RT & UT
  •   Sound welding knowledge for steel structures, tankages and pipings.
  •   Quality focused and ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced project environment.
  •   Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  •   Good interpersonal, management and decision making skills

  7. Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities

  •   To manage and follow up on leads to projects
  •   To build relationship with client
  •   To look for potential business opportunity and clients, including make cold call and find information on main contractors and owners for both local and overseas projects.
  •   To support estimation department to organise tenders and ancillary support
  •   All business development (BD) activities inclucing all related documentation works e.g. prequalification document etc.
  •   Occasionally travel to overseas for BD or tendering activity
  •   To support Senior BD executive as and when required
  •   Any other works as instructed by BD manager

Job Requirements

  •   Must possess Diploma or Minimum NTC preferably engineering / biz
  •   Mandarin speaking candidate preferred to be able to communicate with Chinese clients.
  •   Good spoken and written English.
  •   Basic computer skills incl. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Search, etc.
  •   Driving license of class 2B or 3 is preferred
  •   Willing to travel and be posted to overseas
