Who We Are

WEC Engineers & Constructors Pte Ltd [WEC], formerly known as Wah-Chang Engineering Corporation, was incorporated as a civil and infrastructure construction company in 1972 in Singapore. WEC has transformed itself into a specialist provider of EPCC – Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning services for aviation fuel facilities, infrastructure projects and plant engineering works. Our services encompasses the full spectrum of engineering works from engineering design, sourcing and procurement, construction, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning.

Since inception, we have executed projects in Singapore and abroad especially in the Asia region such as Hong Kong, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and more. Our operation centers are currently established in the South East Asian region. With this strong base, we are moving into Greater Asia Region, Middle East and beyond.
