Job Description & Requirements

1. Preparation of monthly progress payment application for submission including taking the measurements, site visits and for payment verifications.

2. Identify, prepare and submit variation works in accordance with contract conditions

3. Preparing summary progress payment and variation works

4. Preparing and verifying monthly progress payment to sub-contractors variations works

5. Measurement of quantities

6. Preparing summary of extension of time

7. Preparation of briefing on commercial matters for new project

8. Review and identify contractual Risks from contract conditions.

9. Identify contract conditions that can be detrimental to the company

10. Assist in pre-qualification of Vendors and sub-contractors for tender.

11. To assist to source for new sub-contractors and suppliers.

12. Assist in procuring of insurance and performance bond quotation.
