WEC encourages its employees to volunteer. They can volunteer through programs organized internally or externally such as Blood Donation Drive. We believe in engaging our staff in social and environmental building. Our employees believe in contributing back to the society. We make the world a brighter place through volunteering and helping the one in need.  For instance, a group of staff volunteered to help out at the soup kitchen of Willing Hearts. It operates a soup kitchen that prepares, cooks and distributes about 5,000 daily meals to over 40 locations island wide, 365 days a year. Beneficiaries include the elderly, the disabled, low income families, children from single parent families or otherwise poverty stricken families, and migrant workers in Singapore.
